Delivery Of Software And Registration
Where software is delivered on a CD-ROM disk, we normally despatch the goods within 1 working week of receipt of purchase order or payment.
Software downloaded from our website is normally available at any time, subject to normal operation of our web server.
All our software requires a registration code which we provide upon request to licensed users who qualify to receive technical support from us, normally within 1 working day of receipt of any request which includes our application software generated code.
VAT
Our VAT number is GB 428 6412 47. Our prices do not include VAT which is chargeable at 20.0% in the UK. VAT is also chargeable (at 20%) on all goods shipped to EEC countries unless customers provide their VAT/tax number on headed paper or an official document.
