You can make payments to us using our secure HSBC card payments button shown at the bottom of this screen.
To make a card payment click on the button. The payment procedure consists of 3 stages.
STAGE 1: Provide payment details: product, reference and amount. If you are paying one of our invoices then please type the invoice number in the REFERENCE box.
STAGE 2: Enter the HSBC secure site and provide card details. Note that will not be required to provide invoice and delivery address details in order to make a card payment. If you are paying one of our invoices then we already have this information on file.
STAGE 3: If an invoice is required then type your name and address in the boxes provided.
If you complete these 3 stages and your payment is authorised then an email is automatically sent to Retriever Technology informing us that the payment has been made.
