CHARITYLOG is the well-known web-based Contact Management and Audit system used by Age Concern and other organisations in the Voluntary Sector.
CHARITYLOG provides a standard set of analyses and reports, but of course, not all statistical analysis requirements can be met by a standard system.
MICROSOFT ACCESS is a widely available database system which enables users to design their own analysis procedures and reports. Some technical knowledge is required to do this, but once a report has been set up, non-technical users can easily print the results.
We have a program which extracts CHARITYLOG data and creates an ACCESS database ready for tailor-made and individual analyses and reports. A few button-clicks refresh the database with the latest CHARITYLOG data.
We provide ACCESS training to help you to obtain the reports you need and can design the reports if required. This may involve face-to-face training, telephone support, or remote interactive desk-top sessions.
